I was shipping a small pickup truck to my daughter in CA and found this company to be quite easy to deal with. I cannot say much about the pickup/delivery dates as we specifically wanted the vehicle to be delivered no earlier than, rather then no later - which is what most people want. It was picked up a couple of days later than I expected, but in my case this was no problem and it was delivered exactly when we wanted. Very good experience.
