I made my decision to use 4Aces based on the quoted price that was lower than the majority of their competitors and a reasonable delivery promise date. Once the deposit was secured and pick up date was scheduled I received a call from Norayda Forte informing me they were unable to secure a carrier for the contracted price of $425. The price was then escalated to $475 which is the average of the majority of their competitors, however, Norayda reduced her cut to pay the driver more to ensure the quoted delivery was met. I agreed to the escalated terms only if delivery was not a day later than the originally agreed upon date which they delivered a day early. I was not pleased with the escalated price, however, the good customer service made up the difference.
