Pete answered all my questions and patiently explained the entire process. He called back when he said he would, and did everything he said he would. That's customer servce you just don't get anymore. Their price was $15 more than the lowest shipper quote. I'm glad I "splurged" the extra.

Timeline: I called 360 on Thrusday afternood. The car was picked up on Friday morning. She arrived the following Monday at noon, in perfect condition.

Service: I was not at the pickup point, but from my cousin's account, they treated the car very well and were very thorough in securing it onto the trailer. I was at the drop-off point and they were very careful in unloading her. She was in perfect condition. I was surprised that they drove into my small residential street, since other shippers said I would have to meet them at the nearest big parking lot (about 1.5 miles away).

I have shipped a car before through other shippers and both times my cars took 2 weeks to deliver and arrived with major scratches. I am very satisfied with the quality of 360's service. I will definitely use 360 again and will recommend them to everyone who needs a car shipped.
