I was a first time shipper, sending my child's vehicle from Texas off to their college in North Carolina. At 360 a REAL person (Justin) answers the phone - every time. He said he'd call right back with a firm date and cost, and within 15 minutes I had a reasonable cost and firm time frame. My car's departure and arrival date were exactly what I'd requested.

Alton with Cowboy Transport called the day of pickup to give me several hours notice and he showed up exactly on time. I was very impressed with the tying down of my vehicle - heavy chains around all axles tied into a racheting mechanism built into the trailer. No nylon straps over the tires or hand racheting. He was very personable and meticulous about marking any and all blemishes on the vehicle as we looked at it together.

Alton called the day before delivery to give me an approximate time - then twice on delivery day to give me updates - it worked out perfectly even though he had to modify his route due to several low bridges in the area. He made sure that I checked out the vehicle for any road damage, etc...... he could not have been more polite or prompt.

Our vehicle arrived in perfect condition. Communication with Justin and Alton could not have been better. After reading so many horror stories of vehicle transport, and initially being worried myself, I will absolutely not hesitate to call 360 again should I have need to transport. The entire experience could not have beeen better.
