I would like for everyone to know what excellent service I received from 360 Transport Company. I sent out for quotes to six different auto transport brokers and received quotes from $425.00 to $800.00. I went on TransportReviews to help me pick the right broker, they all had great reviews, for the most part, but after going over the reviews, I chose 360 Transport, because their reviews were among the best and they were located in Texas. I really expected to have to wait 5 to ten days to get my Trooper picked up, because of where I live, Canyon Lake, Texas, which is in the hill country of Texas and 13 miles to the closest town(New Braunfels, Texas) The next day after I called Pete of 360 Transport, I received a call from Big John Trucking, office in Alabama, and John said he could have my Trooper picked up in 2 days. The very next day I got a call from Chris, driver for Big John Trucking, and he arranged for pick-up the next morning. He was right on time to pick-up my Trooper. Cris was very nice and professional and from the moment he loaded up my Trooper till it was delivered in Florida was a smooth trouble free experience. If I should ever have another vehicle to ship, 360 Transport is the only company I will call and Big John Trucking, would be my first choice to haul my vechile. P.S.: When I had a question concerning 360 Transport responsiblty on the on line order form, I called Pete, Pete did not give me the usully BS you would expect to get when a person doesn"t know the answer, he put in touch with Ann Adams, owner, and she more then satisfied my question, I really respect their honesty and caring help.
