360 Transport - Pete is the best!

I had just purchased an expensive new SUV out of state and this was my first experience with needing to transport a vehicle. After doing a web search, I quickly found out what a complicated, unnerving process this was going to be. I received quotes from dozens of companies ranging from $600 to $1500. After talking to several brokers, many of which were of very questionaable character, I felt I would never see the vehicle I purchased. Some brokers put my car on the bid board without telling me, others would not even talk to me unless I gave them a deposit. However, through it all Pete at 360 transport was knowledgable, calm and professional. He explained the process, educated me on the bid board and made an effort to contact several drivers that he uses. Most of the time he answered his phone on the 1st call and when he did not, he always returned phone calls within a reasonable period. He understood I needed the vehicle in a week and could not wait several weeks to play the bid board game. I was about to give up and fly out to Missouri and pick it up myself when Pete came through and had a driver who would pick it up within 2 days. It was picked up on Monday and delivered Wed night. The driver called me when it was picked up and then a few hours before it was to be dropped off. He was courteous and a day early and the vehicle still looked like new except for a bit of road dust. Since I had already sold my other car, this was extremely beneficial. I made sure I gave him a nice tip! The difference maker for this process was Pete. He provided a personal service experience that the others simply did not offer. I would recommend him highly.
