After getting the hard sell from the many companies who bombarded me with quotes, I decided to go looking for a transport company. I picked 360 after reading the reviews. I requested a quote from their web site. A few minutes later my cell phone rang. It was Pete. it was pretty clear from the start that I was not talking to another high pressure sales person. Pete was very polite and knows what he is talking about. His quote was a little higher than some of the high pressure places, but also lower than others. But what impressed me was that the "deposit" which is what the broker keeps was much lower than other companies. That means more goes to the driver, which translates to a faster pickup and better trucks(?). I thought about it for a day and confirmed the transport with Pete. Within 24 hours my car was loaded and heading for CO. The driver was very polite. The car arrived on time and in the same condition it left CT. The whole thing could not have been easier.
