This customer has completely misrepresented our efforts to address her concerns. Although the dispute in this matter was between the Customer and the Carrier (Yoshka Trucking). 360 Auto Transport did everything possible to bring the parties together for a resolution. Contrary to the statements in the review we received emails from the customer thanking us for our concern and follow up and although Yoshka trucking had a proven reputation for reliability we haven't used them since the incident. We regret to learn that this customer is unhappy with our service as we have facilitated an agreement to both parties satisfaction. Our sister company, 360 Transport (carrier) has a reputation for exceptional customer service and we are committed to the same level of customer care.
