This whole industry is full of people that tell you what you want to hear and then the driver shows up and says it was all BS. The driver that arrived doesn’t even know when he can leave LA! He has to find 5 more cars to fill his truck! This is after i was initially told it would be picked up on Tuesday (so we booked flights accordingly) and then we got a call from someone saying they’d be there Sunday and deliver two days later. It was too late to change our flight! 2Js said no worries. They’d have someone pick it up Tuesday and deliver Thursday. (And of course they cashed the deposit). Well it’s wednesday afternoon and now we don’t know when it will arrive. So how are we able to plan anything?
