1st Choice Shipping saved my son's Christmas! I had contracted with another company to move a car we had bought on E-Bay from North Carolina to Tennessee. I paid the transport company in-full on 11-30-04 so that we could have the car for our 15 year olds Christmas present. The company (A AAAdvantage Auto Transport) had not even booked it by 12-13-04 (2 weeks later). That is when I got quotes from several different companies via the internet to try and get the car shipped. I called several and then I called 1st Choice Shipping. Brandi was wonderful. She was sympathetic to my plight and wanted to help. She did not ask for a dime up-front because she knew I had paid the other comapny in-full and had not yet received my refund. She got to work on it immediately. This was not an easy task since it had to be picked up in Wilmington (on the coast) and brought to Western Tennessee. However, she worked a Christmas miracle and booked the car in 3 days for pick-up. She was in constant contact with me to give me progress reports (even when she had to tell me she was still trying). She started the process on Monday and by Thursday she excitedly called me to tell me she had a driver who was willing to go and get the car and bring it all the way to Jackson, TN where we live. Only then did she bill me for the service (and gave me a discount since it was Christmas and she has kids of her own) The car was picked up in NC on Friday and arrived at our house on Sunday morning in perfect condition. The driver was very courteous and inspected the vehicle on pick-up and delivery. The look on our son's face when he saw "HIS" car was worth everything! 1st Choice Shipping got my car moved over 750 miles in less than one week from the time I contacted them to delivery! Brandi was the best and I would recommend 1st Choice Shipping to anyone.
