After much due diligence, I chose this carrier largely in part from the reviews on this website. I was also influenced by the fact that they gave me a much quicker pickup window because they have alot of drivers on the FL to CA route. I am very happy to say that I encountered ZERO problems & felt very comfortable handing my car over to the driver, who seemed very professional. I originally wanted enclosed transport but opted for open as it would be easier to ensure pick up in my time frame. I was moving cross country & it is very stressful so I am thrilled that this was one less thing I had to worry about! As soon as I received the car, I took it to my local dealership to have it inspected & cleaned. Everything was fine. I would definitely recommend them this shipper. Incidentally, I had some last minute complications that caused the delivery to occur before I arrived in CA. The driver had to drop it off in yard somewhere but assured me it would be fine & not expensive. They delivered to me at my hotel & only charged my an extra $150.00 for about 4 days of storage, which I thought was very reasonable. The shipping company's quote was very competitive & I added $100.00 to it after about 5 days to see if that would help & it did, immediately. I thought the company was very professional with good customer service & they made me feel as comfortable as they could with this process.
