As of now I am still not sure what rating I would give this driver. We were in constant contact with him and he would give us approx. dates and times and then not call us back to let us know when he obviously knew his plans had drastically changed. He was very courteous once he was on the phone, but he really needs to work on calling people and giving updates as to when he will arrive.

Also, the car arrived in Santa Rosa with a small rear broken window (not shipped that way). The driver/owner said to "bill the cost of the repair to him and he will cover it". Although that does seem like the upstanding thing to say noone will fix the car and bill a third party. We will have to put the money out of pocket and hope that he indeed does reimburse us as promised. It is all spelled out on the bill of lading. I will let you know what occurs from here on.

Again, thank you for your concern about the transport. 1st choice shipping itself has done an outstanding job. IE: Timely answers to questions and return phone calls, courteous and efficient phopne information, reasonable quotes, etc.
