We first want to apologize for all the delays and problems during your transport. First we have to say that you were told this transport could take some time due to the fact your delivery was on the New York/Canada boarder, also due to the fact that you placed your order right in the middle of a huge gas price increase...from the time you placed your order, two weeks later diesel was up by 35 cents a gallon, and unfortunately there is nothing we can do about that. AS far as the delivery 100 miles away from your destination, I spoke to you personally and that was what we agreed would help get your car moving and it did within 2 day.
