Would Use Again

The driver was very courteous and willing to work out time
arrangements. However, the vehicle was extremely filthy upon delivery for an Enclosed shipping. The driver explained that he had to unload the vehicle for
other shipments in the rain. Due to that and the fact that other vehicles
were stored above it contributed to the condition of the vehicle. I would
like to mention that the driver did volunteer to wash the vehicle but it was
raining and did not work out with my arrangements.

I also found it hard to get a hold of your office at times, but at least
they did call me back that day. Overall I would give your company a B
rating but would still use you again if the need arise.
