The pickup was a real challenge with multiple delays ultimately resulting in the pickup being 4 days after the end of our requested 3 days. However the delivery was swift so we actually received the car in Los Angeles as fast or faster than we expected. I was really surprised and happy!
Your office was always courteous and helpful. I really like the fact that when I called I got a person!!
