As we told Amanda from the BEGINNING (and it has not been a month 14 days actually) that her vehicle was leaving a very remote part of the state and going to a very remote state. We did everything possible to try and get her vehicle scheduled, including after ten days of working on it, we forfeited our commission and offered it to the driver to try and get her vehicle picked up. Which meant we would have been doing it totally for free. As it was we did not charge her a deposit up front like many other companies do, because we knew this could possibly happen.
