Horrible.

We have been dealing with this company for almost a month now, we have yet to get a carrier to come and pick up the car we have requested. They say they are having troubles in trying to find a carrier, well its not our fault with what they quoted us on pricing, and if they thought it was a difficult area they should have been up front with us before wasting our time so we could have found someone else. They said we requested during the prices of gas going up, not our fault that it happened. I understand they tried everything possible, but nothing was positive. They need to start calling customers and following up on what is going on with their file, I was always the one calling them. I will never use this company again.

As we told Amanda from the BEGINNING (and it has not been a month 14 days actually) that her vehicle was leaving a very remote part of the state and going to a very remote state. We did everything possible to try and get her vehicle scheduled, including after ten days of working on it, we forfeited our commission and offered it to the driver to try and get her vehicle picked up. Which meant we would have been doing it totally for free. As it was we did not charge her a deposit up front like many other companies do, because we knew this could possibly happen.
