When I spoke to Eric he promised that my car would be picked up at the beginning of the week but, he didnot tell me a day. On Tuesday afternoon Adrian arrived to pick up my car, howeever, I had not heard from Eric and Adrian had nothing to show that he was from 1sr call. Fortunately I had a fax so he had his
wife fax me the transport order he was given by Eric. I later received an email from Stephanie telling me that Adrian would pick up the car. Adrian assured me that the car would travel safely and would arrive in New York on Monday or Tuesday. Sunday evening he called my brother to say that the car would be there on Monday. On Monday the car arrived in fine condition. The price I was quoted was the price I paid.
I would used 1st call again the next time I had to ship a car. Thank you Eric.
