It was my first time using any car-transportation service, and I'm glad to say that it was very easy, convenient, and pleasant. I was contacted by Eric and Tonya and first, then by JL, the driver, and I felt very comfortable because I was able to stay in contact with JL from a day before the pickup to when I met him again in St. Louis. Compared to my college friend who also shipped her car and took 4 weeks (MO to CA), I only had to be without my car for a week. I would highly recommend 1st Call for their service and honesty.
