To be honest, I expected tardy pick-up and unpredictable drop off. Since the seller was leaving town on a specific date and I was to pick up the car 5 hours away from my home, timing was critical. The whole delivery happened so smoothly and much sooner than I expected, I was very pleasantly surprised. I'll definitely use 1st Call again.
