Great experience. Definitely would use 1st Call Auto Haul again. Car arrived in perfect condition. The truck driver was a courteous.

Eric Sayler provided an estimate ($841.36) and honored the price. He quickly located a transport to move the car from Pensacola, FL to NJ. The driver missed the initial pick-up due to a truck malfunction. The car was pick-up on the next scheduled pick-up time. After the car was loaded on the truck it was only 3-4 days before the time arrived to NJ on schedule. The car was in perfect condition. Eric kept me and the shipper informed throughout the initial pick-up, the 2nd pick-up, and the delivery date.

Yes, the driver missed the 1st pick-up date due to a truck problem, but we need to understand that things happen that can impact the schedule pick-up times. The 2nd pick-up time was a breeze, and best of all the car arrived in perfect condition.

Overall a great experience. Strongly recommend 1st Call Auto Haul to anyone looking to move a vehicle across the US.
