Eric was extremely accommodating and knowledgeable about the fastest routes to my destination. I had already tried calling two other companies who seemed to be irresponsible and non-responsive, but Eric was anything but. If it was not for his superior and fast service, I would not have had my car delivered on time. He was able to find a carrier to pick up my car the day I called him! The shipper's truck was damaged and stopped an hour away from my destination and I had to pick it up, but that was really out of the company's hands. However, the driver was sincerely apologetic, responsible and personable (he even gave me directions to my ultimate destination) - pleasantly very different from other shippers that I've encountered via other companies. Other than this slight inconvenience, I was generally very pleased with the service. I would definitely use their services again and recommend 1st Call Auto Haul to all!
