I had a very good experience with 1st Call Auto Haul from the outset. Eric Sailer was very quick in giving me an initial quote, and was very helpful in answering all of my questions over the phone. I was happy to find that quotes were sent by email, and that I could correspond by email as well as by phone. I found that all of my email correspondence was answered quickly - ,when I asked quesetons via email, I found that 1st Call's email response was quick and helpful.

I shipped my car from Denver to my home in Maryland in June 2008. I found that the shipping instructions furnished by the company were helpful. The contact people in Denver were extremely helpful and courteous. The pickup was made with no problem, and I received a telephone call from the driver once the auto was picked up and on the road. In no time at all (a bit over 3 days) the auto was at my house. Car arrived in excellent condition. All in all, a very smooth operation. I would definitely use this company again, and would recommend it to all of my friends.
