1st Call was not the cheapest quote we received, but we decided to go with them based on reviews from this site and after speaking with Eric. We'd rather pay a little extra for good service and a worry-free shipping process. 1st Call was also one of the only transport companies to offer a military discount, a factor that was important in our decision-making.

The pick-up and delivery times were exactly as promised, and the carrier (Eastbay Auto Transport) was very professional and kept us informed throughout the entire process. The driver, Edgar, went out of his way to facilitate the delivery of our vehicle to my elderly grandmother.

We would definitely use 1st Call again, and we will be recommending them to other military families as well.
