good service, friendly people, but many hours later than expected on each end

I would recommend this group due to the professionalism of the company's principals and the driver. They were in the mid-range of the quotes I obtained. I was impressed by the amount of time Eric took to explain the process to me. My one issue is that on each end (pick up and delivery), the driver was more than 5 hours later than the latest in the range of delivery time given. That was inconvenient but at least he kept in touch by phone with progress updates. So, I'd feel confident using them again, but would make sure to clear my calendar and expect the timing estimates to be off.
