I called First Call Auto Haul after waiting for more than two weeks for another transporter to transport my car. After talking to Eric he assured me he could find a transport for my car within a timely manner. After three days Eric called to say that he had found a transport and that my car would be picked up within an hour or two. He told me it would be shipped in an enclosed transport at no extra charge as I had paid for an open carrier.The delivery went smooth and on time. Eric made this delivery very stress free for me and the communication was excellent. I will definitely use First Call Auto Haul again if I need to have a vehicle transported. Thank you Eric for making this a pleasureable experience.
