Eric Sailer at 1st Call Auto Haul made the entire car transport experience SO EASY, and so seamless!
Our car was going from Boston, MA to San Fran area, CA.
He was extremely knowledgeable and careful and conscientious and honest.
He spent large chunks of time on the phone with me to explain and go over details, and always called back right away, but usually will answer the phone.
He was excellent with response time on phone and email.
He walked us through the whole process, and helped every step of the way.
His 3rd party trucking carrier also was very good, very reliable, helpful, safe.
We were never worried, or left wondering, he kept us informed and updated us often.
Worth the money, and we would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Eric and 1st Call Auto Haul again and again.
