This was my very first experience using this type of service. I googled it and looked at a few companies but ultimately clicked on transportreviews.com. I hesitantly entered in all my information with fear that I would get a million phone calls. I received NO annoying phone calls. I looked at each of the quotes that came up and ultimately made a phone call to Eric at 1st Call Auto Haul. Eric answered the call and said it could take up to a day or two to find a transport due to my location but I was willing to meet about 25 mins away so that the driver would just have to come off the freeway. I think maybe an hour or two passed and Eric called me and had it all set up. I believe this was on a Thursday and we had it set up for the following Monday. John from Richer Trucking called me that same day I believe to follow up on the details! John from Richer Trucking was PROMPT in picking up the car which was a 99 VW Beetle. He actually was waiting on me and was a pleasure meeting. He was very thorough! He said that it would take 7 to 10 days barring no problems. He said he would call me a day or two to set up delivery. By Friday I was feeling a little anxious so I gave him a call. I got his voice mail and my impatience didn't leave a message and called the dispatch number that I had. I called and spoke to Dorrie who is John's wife and she was extremely pleasant and helpful. Just after speaking to her John called me back and let me know that drop off would be Sunday morning. On Saturday, again me being impatient I sent John a text and to my pleasant surprise he responded promptly and that we were looking at Sunday morning. He sent me a text Sunday morning saying he would be here in about 30 minutes. He wasn't able to drive through our neighborhood due to low trees so we met him down the street at the Middle School and told us to wait about 20 minutes because he had to take other vehicles off. By the time I got there, he had the car off and it was ready. I could not have planned this any better! I told John that he has a friend here in Florida:) After I got home, I realized my radio wasn't working and looked at my antenna and it was off! I started to worry and call John but then decided to look around in the vehicle and there it was on the passenger side. So, John had taken the time to take it off so that it would not be ruined! VERY, VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER:)
