Enclosed transport from CA to NJ

Based on the earlier reviews from this site, and Eric's response to the negative feedback from some of the clients, I choose to elect 1st Call Autohaul's services. Eric was very knowledgable and helpful on the initial inquiry, further to that, in following phone calls, it was nice to be recognized as prospective customer and to be remembered as such.

The process was clearly described, including pro's and cons of transporting the vehicle either on open trailer, or having it shipped enclosed. Don, from De-Mois trucking ended up being the trucker transporting the vehicle from CA to NJ. A day after the pickup in CA, I received a call from Don, confirming my vehicle was on his truck, and that he would be in touch with me as soon as the vehicle would arrive stateside.

Since Don was driving such a large 18 wheeler, I elected to meet him at a large parking lot, rather then asking him to manouvre his truck through the small streets in our town.

Both the trucker (Don) and Eric were very professional during the whole process and I would not hesitate to recommend Eric's company and Don's trucking skills to everybody interested in having a vehicle transported from one side of the country to another one.
