The lowest bid is not always the best deal. I had a bad experience with a prior carrier who kept my deposit without delivering my car. I found 1 flat-rate had one of the highest ratings here and had a BBB rating of A- i n California. When I called I was very pleased to talk to Ray and learn about the car shipping business. He explained everything. He was able to book a carrier for my car the same day. The car was picked up a day early and the driver was very nice. Ray kept me informed when it was picked up and when it was expected to be delivered. I highly recommend their service.
