My experience with this company was awesome. I researched a year ago carries and had so much heart ache that it was scary to think I needed to start the search over. I started my search again and saw all of the reviews for this company and made my call. Ray was so very informed and honest. I didn't think twice about hiring him to transport my vehicle from Phoenix to New York. I received up to date emails and call from the carrier. I couldn't ask for a better experience. The driver was also a great gentleman. I would definable recommend 1flat-rate to anyone that decides to ship their car this way. I did not pay any thing in advance either. A lot of the carries wanted a credit card or down payment. 1 flat Rate did not. I paid 1100 dollars and had it expedited here. My truck left Tuesday night roughly around 9pm Arizona time and arrived here in Kingston Ny. Saturday at around 9:30 am. Ray thank you. Order # 41117
