I call them 5-6 time and the told me every step my truck was in they were goog to work with!!! When the transpoter got to OK he was on time and took good car of the truck and call me as soon as he left and told me his ETA. When the transpoter got close to houston he called and let me know he was close as well. I got email from 1 flat-rate the whole while as well which i checked from my i-phone which was great!!!! A+++
