I have used several transport companies (brokers) in the past with one being as recent as 2 months ago. I received countless emails from brokers and performed extensive research prior to choosing a transport company. Even with all the research I performed one can never be sure of a positive experience until you actually give the company a chance. I decided to give 1 Flat-Rate Transport a chance and based on my experience they are by far the best. Their communication and follow up throughout the whole process was excellent. In fact: it was unprecented based on my previous experiences. They were almost always available via phone and when leaving a voicemail message they would return the call in a very prompt manner. Their rates were accurate, fair and very competitive. I am planning on shipping another vehicle shortly and am planning on using them again. In my opinion if you use them you will not be disappointed.
