1Flat-Rate brokered the transport our CRV from Colorado to Maryland. They were extremely prompt in answering any questions we had, whether by email or phone. Our car was picked up during the two-day window we had requested- on a Thursday morning. The driver estimated delivery would be Sunday afternoon. There were some delays, and the car was not delivered until Tuesday. Fortunately, we did not need it urgently, and it arrived in undamaged, so we were happy. I thought the rate we paid ($825) was very reasonable. I was particularly satisfied with the personal attention we received from the broker. We were also able to contact the driver directly by cell phone so we had a good idea as to delivery timing, which was comforting. It was also very easy to set up the order for transport, using email and the web. Very efficient service.
