First, I want to thank Ray for being such a caring person. I hired a company called professional moving solution on 3/20/2010 to transport my car from Philadelphia to Fort Wayne Indiana and I was promised a pick up on 3/22/2010. From the 22nd up to the 4/4/2010, they didn't get my car and didn't even bother letting me know what was going on after taking $200 deposite. Up to now, they don't know if I got the car. I got angry and started another search for a transport company when God blessed me with 1flat-rate. I spoke to Ray on 4/3/2010 ( saturday) and he didn't even ask for a deposite. he told me that he would do all he can to get me a driver. he took my information and on the 5th, he found a truck. The driver called and told me that he would pick up my car on the 6th and get it to me on the 7th which he did ( on time). Don't waste your time with other companies, check 1flat rate rating and make your decision. that's what I did. I will surely use this company again.
