Our 2005 Highlander transmission failed in Laconia, NH, and we needed to ship the car back to western PA. Ray at 1Flat-Rate was extremely professional and easy to work with. He recommended a very fair price and found an excellent carrier, Nationwave Transport, that picked up the car on time as scheduled and delivered it the next day, door to door, using a very professional and experienced driver on a flatbed truck equipped to handle a non-running vehicle. I strongly recommend Ray and 1Flat-Rate without reservation.
