I wish ZERO stars was a rating. Never go with the cheapest quote; because its always a catch to being the cheapest. Im not sure if Brenda was overwhelmed or what. After placing an order with 1Flat-Rate, i never received any information on whether the order was placed or not. I called the number provided and left messages and voicemails and still nothing. So i reached out to Jim at Mercury Auto Transport and he was nothing short of 5 stars. The first thing he asked was did i have a order placed already. At that point, i knew the order was placed correctly, but it was from another company. He asked why and i told him that i haven't received any information back from them. He stated, "Fair Enough." He provided me with day to day updates throughout the entire process. I will be shipping another car while in the next 3 months and i will be going back with Jim at Mercury Auto Transport. I DO NOT Recommend 1Flat-Rate for any future shipments of my vehicles, but others may have better luck.
