This was my firt time shipping a car i was freaking out the reviews and articles on the web are scary. I called 1Flatrate, Julius took his time and explained the whole process to me:how they will post the bid on the board and that he will inform me as soon as he got a company to pick up with in the 7 days time frame I gave to him. He also picked up the phone everytime i called with extra questions (did i not say i was freaking out), he was always very polite and attentive.There was no money upfront or cc required. On the day before the pick up Julius called and sent me an email confirmation. On the pickup day MJ 23Transport LLC came they were super polite & informative. When i asked when the drop off will be they said tomorrow! I was amazed!! They kept me informed the whole time! My car arrived the next day in TX in perfect condition! I paid them what was agreed with Julius no extra fees. Overall im super satisfied not only with 1Flatrate but also with MJ23Transport!
