I contacted 1Flat-Rate after having an extremely frustrating and difficult experience with another company which is highly rated on this site. 1Flat-Rate offered me a highly competitive rate for the transport and required no upfront money or credit card information...and even better their contract included NO cancellation penalties or fees. My service rep was completely professional and low pressure. A carrier was assigned as soon as the pickup window opened, the car was picked up in a timely manner. Communication with the carrier, an independent owner/operator, was excellent and easy both by text and phone. He seemed to realize the car was a bit special and took excellent care of it during transport. I would use them again and recommend them without reservation.
