I have used their service twice- moving to California a year ago, and moving back to Tennessee this time. Shipping a car is a stressful task but this time I knew where I should call and it worked again with no hassle, no problem. A year ago I chose 1 flat rate out of many because they did not require my credit card information. I was nervous to ship my car for the first time but everyone I talked with on the phone including Brenda were professional and very quick to respond. They even helped me to find a carrier at night calling back and forth (I asked for service last minute) and I really appreciated their effort. Not only they found a carrier that fit my schedule very fast, the shipping service was great as well. They called me to inform when the carrier will arrive, the carrier was on time, my car arrived on time and this was also notified in advance. I was satisfied with every bit of the experience. So this time on the way back to Tennessee, I did not hesitate to call them and my decision was right. I don't know how they keep the pool of very good, reliable, humble and honest carriers. I think I am lucky to find 1 flat rate. It took 5 days to California last year and 8 days to Tennessee this year. If I need to move again, I will call them again. The price is reasonable, too. It's not too cheap but definitely not on the expensive side. And I would rather pay them more than having bad experience with some other company. Highly recommend them! (Customer service rating is not working here. I would give them 5 stars in all aspets.)
