I worked with Julius at 1 Flat Rate. As soon as I put in for a quote online, I received a call from him. He explained the whole process, what to expect, and gave me a quote right away on the first phone call (they came in a hundred dollars below all other carriers). He emailed me with confirmations, the day my car was picked up, during the delivery process, and once my car was delivered. I also received phone call updates from the team so I always knew where my car was and when to expect the car delivery. The car carrier pick-up was delayed by one day because the hydraulics were malfunctioning on the carrier. 1 Flate Rate were so polite and thorough to call me about the issue and driver even called to give an update that he would be at my door by 7:30a the next morning... and he was. Great team to work with, I would recommend them to anyone.
