What started out as a disappointment was quickly made up. There was an issue with the first truck which delayed the pickup of an SUV I purchased, 1Flat-Rate was very quick in communicating with me, finding a new truck and delivering my vehicle. Was scheduled to get to TX (from Los Angeles) on a Wednesday but driver called me and was able to deliver it on the Sunday prior. Very quick and easy. Would use again.
