This was the first time that i have ever used a transport company to move a vehicle. It was a 1978 FORD F-250 Supercab,2 wheel drive,with an 8 ft.bed. So it was kind of a long vehicle. I was expecting an open truck and was pleasantly surprised to see that it was going to be an enclosed trailer. The driver (Brian) drove it off the truck perfectly. The Dufrane Moving and Storage Co. has a very personable,friendly driver in him. Likewise Merky from 1 Flat Rate LLC is an EXCELLENT Customer Service Representative. He answered ALL my questions,relieving my nervousness about the transaction. They also answered any questions/concerns that i had as the move proceeded. If i ever move a vehicle again,I would DEFINITELY use 1Flat Rate LLC.
