This was my first time using this type of service and I was completely naive. When I spoke to Ray he explained how the process worked and made sure I understood everything. It took a little longer than anticipated for my truck to be delivered but that might have been due to bad weather. Overall I was pleased with the whole process and was grateful for the extra time that was taken to educate me in the process. The driver who delivered my vehicle was very courteous and kept me up to date during the transport.
