This is the first time ever I used a service like this. I'm very new to the United States and this Vehicle moving concept. This is the first time I used 1 Flat Rate service to ship my car from Herndon Virginia to Fremont California.

I contacted Ray by phone & he was courteous enough to answer all my questions (some of them being silly/stupid). He explained the entire process so well that I was relieved and decided to go with this company. I think I did a right decision.

Both Ray & Merky of 1 Flat Rate are very honest, responsive and care for customers.

The transport company assigned to pick my car (Toyota Rav-4 2013 model) was Aledi LLC of PA. The driver was a gentleman and the car was picked up as scheduled.

It took about 5 days for the truck to reach CA. At the last minute I had to change delivery address from Fremont to Santa Clara as the car reached before me. I requested my friend to collect the car which he did.

The car reached safe and sound. My friend collected it after inspecting thoroughly and paying the amount in cash. They accept cashier's check too.

1 Flat Rate kept us informed of the status of the shipment all through the move and contacted me after I took the delivery also to find out everything went well.

I like their service and will use again if need be.
