Never having gone through this process of moving a car before and even more tasking was the fact that I was doing this from Europe and was moving 2 cars! I never realized the amount of cars that get moved nor did I realize the amount of dodgy brokers that operate in this business. I was almost at breaking point when I came upon Ray at 1 Flat-Rate and at last I got an honest answer and a full explanation of the process.
None of this 'we have a truck in the area' nor empty promises of when they could move my car, telling me everything I wanted to hear. Every caller had one thing in mind, get my CREDIT CARD number! But not Ray, he explained that 1 Flat-Rate do not take any money or deposits until the car is delivered to its destination and I am 100% happy with the condition and service. That made sense to me! Why should anybody take a deposit off me? Especially when they are holding my car as collateral!
But he also took time to explain the process of how cars get picked up by Transport Companies. Like everything in life, money talks! And if you want your cars moved folks then you gotta pay a driver for his services. Once I found a driver who accepted my cars the Ray got in touch with me. He kept in touch with me right up until day of delivery and put me in direct contact with the driver when he was a couple of hours away from my home.
Great service from Ray at 1 Flat Rate and I will definitely use his Company again!
