Ray explained the process well. No overt sales pitch. clear setting of expectations. Resisted push back where required to meet the expectations of timely delivery at destination. This resulted in vehicle being picked up a day earlier than desired. Minor inconvenience given that it was waiting for me at the destination the day I arrived.
