They were willing to pickup the first day available and it just didn't work out for us to do it that day. The driver scheduled pickup for the next day and that worked out perfectly. We hoped to get our Ford Explorer there one day earlier, but it was delivered 5 days from pickup. This was within the guarantee given us.
