Dan from http://1Flat-Rate.com was tremendously helpful in coordinating transfer of our SUV and sedan from the Washington, DC metropolitan area to Portland, OR. We had little time to waste and relied on Dan to come through on time and on budget. The driver arrived within an hour of the expected pickup to load the cars and called intermittingly over the course of his cross-country journey to provide us status updates. He completed the trek during the winter months across some of the most unforgiving frozen tundra in the US. He delivered the cars a day early and greeted us with a smile. We are 110% satisfied with Dan's service and that of the driver. My husband and I would highly recommend 1Flat-Rate, LLC for any auto transport needs.
