In the morning I gave a phone call, the assigned person contacted me 2 hours later within the day and set up a date and came to my door to pick up my car: all with high satisfaction. The pick up truck lady is very friendly, honest and enthusiastic. She said my car would be delivered to CA (from VA) on Sunday (a week from the pick up date) but 2 days before (Friday) my friend emailed me and said he received the car.
Decent price + friendly and honest employee + high quality service = A+++ and highly recommended!
