M. Falco was very detailed and knowledgeable of how the process worked. The car was picked up on time as promised. We were hoping for the car to arrive early in NJ, but it was in the state on the day promised Monday. Unfortunately, the trailer broke down in Hoboken, NJ and was going to delay delivery 2 more days. We agreed to have the transporter drive our car the rest of the way (1 hour). The car arrived spotless (washed) but the gas tank empty. They were apologetic and accommodating. I would recommend this team because they were honest and up front all the way.
